NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR A
MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION
This application is evaluated against the subdivision criteria of sections 38.240.130 of the municipal code
and associated standards. Approval or conditional approval may be granted if the decision maker
determines all criteria are met.
The public may comment orally at the public hearing or in writing at or prior to the public hearing
regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific
criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. During the notice period the City will
continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. The full application is available at:

Summary: A major subdivision application requesting permission for the subdivision of 43.98 acres
into two hundred and sixty four (264) developable lots zoned REMU, thirteen (13) stormwater lots,
seventeen (17) open space lots, four (4) city park lots, easements, and associated right of way. The site
is located northwest of the intersection of Harvest Parkway and Cottonwood Road, and southwest of
the intersection of Cottonwood Road and Baxter Lane.

on the west side of Cottonwood Road
Legal Description: Restricted Lots 1-5 of Phase 1 of Northwest Crossing Subdivision, Situated in
