The Preliminary Plat for this subdivision is currently being prepared for submittal to the City of
Bozeman. A copy of both the Phase II Pre-Application Plan and Phase I Preliminary Plat (Phase

The proposed subdivision will cover approximately 44 plus acres and is requesting to be
