Matt – Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments. First, no exempt groundwateruse has been specified, so I cannot comment regarding groundwater. The City isresponsible for ensuring that this development fits within their water rights. Iunderstand that the land does have surface water rights, and I ask that water rightsplanning is in place (based on recent inquiries to this office, I do believe they are).
