I am writing to ask you to move towards returning fraternity and sorority
houses to the “Authorized Use Table” in the Unified Development Code and
return where they can locate to what was listed in 2017.
As a homeowner in a nice, quiet neighborhood, the New Hyalite View
Neighborhood, AKA "The Tree Streets"; I see no place for fraternities or
sororities there. Please take my request into consideration and keep me
updated.
