Ladies and Gentlemen:
I'm writing to encourage you to maintain the peace of established neighborhoods in Bozeman.Allowing a fraternity in the midst of a long-time neighborhood of single family homes is
extremely disruptive. There are certainly other, more palatable options. Allowing a breweryand beer garden in a neighborhood, next to a public trail and permitting this development to
violate several sections of the UDC is very disturbing. Again, there must be several moresuitable locations for such a business.
In Bozeman, we clearly must all accommodate denser development, but that can still beaccomplished without allowing inappropriate developments in residential neighborhoods.
Please consider revisions to the UDC to protect homeowners in residential areas. Then pleasestick to the letter of the UDC and enforce it uniformly in all of Bozeman.
