RE: Walker Sub Annexation & ZMA, Application 22125
Dear Ms. Sadaj,
On November 15 and December 21, 2022 the Bozeman City Commission considered
the aforementioned application. After considering the staff report, application
materials, public comment, recommendation of the Zoning Commission, and all
information presented for application 222125 they voted (4:0) to approve the
requested annexation and zoning change with one amendment.
The Commission, after hearing from the public and reviewing adopted City Plans
amended the Terms of Annexation to include a notice that states the following.
“The property owner understands that the City of Bozeman may, in the future, put in a
shared use path in front of or adjacent to this property.”
You have the right to appeal the decision pursuant to section 38.250.090, BMC. If
