To the Bozeman City Council, Update the Unified Development Code to provide more protection in established residential areas. You also need to strictly interpret and enforce it throughout the city. What reasonable person would allow frats in residential areas. You know full well what is going to play out here and you're inviting the conflict to happen. Start balancing adjacent land owners rights and public safety as required by the UDC. STOP approving plans that are disallowed by the PUD's master plan; don't meet block frontage standards; don't meet parking demands; don't follow requirements on setbacks, building sizes or architecture. Why have codes if you don't follow them! One of the worst blunders I've ever seen you make is when you allowed the Taproom to open across the street from Hawthorne School, a clear code violation. Are you kidding me??? START listening to citizens concerns objecting developments that don't follow the rules. By always putting developers greed over residents concerns, you're turning our town into an ugly, pretentious, monstrosity where locals don't want to live anymore. From, A concerned citizen
