Dear Sir:
I am writing you my concerns about the proposed development at Sundance Springs.
I believe that the proposed development should comply with existing development laws, and zoning,
and covenants. This project falls short in this areas interns of building size, site location of the
buildings, setbacks, inadequate parking and required sidewalks. In addition, I am concerns at night
lighting from the development may impact the “Dark Sky” requirement.
I hope you will consider these important issues as you consider conditional approval for this project.
