To whom it may concern:
This letter is about the proposed development in the Sundance Springs Subdivision (Site Plan#22047). Word on the street is that the PUD’s Approved Final Plan for that subdivision is not
currently available. City officials are required by law to follow provisions in that document. If the Approved Final Plan is not available, any development decisions must be postponed
until the Plan is available as it’s provisions must be followed. Please STOP further action onthis application until the documents are available, and the public has an opportunity to view
them and is allowed an appropriate period of time to comment on any proposal.
Apparently, City officials have not acknowledged that the 1998 zoning (in place at the time of
the PUD) applies to the development requirements dictated at that time? The document clearlystates the zoning which exists at the date of execution of the document applies.
Please pause this process until these very important details can be worked out, and then afterthe Approved Final Plan is found and made public and citizens are allowed to examine it,
designate another two week comment period before moving forward on any decision.
Thank you,
William Klenn
