Regarding fraternities and sororities as allowable in neighborhoods with residential zoning. Students are not long
term city residents and this is student housing with all of the conflicts with quiet family neighborhoods quite
obvious. Designated area for student housing and activities in other zoned areas is a better plan and one that
previously existed. The city needs to support its neighborhoods of working people and families. Sorry, but, living
next to a frat house is a nightmare.
