00:10:07 Allyson Brekke provided an FYI on an alley enhancement project through the Downtown
Bozeman Association and potential involvement from HPAB on plaques to be placed in the alley.

Linda Semones presented the potential scope of work for board members in the Fred Willson project.
Discussion will continue at a future meeting.

Planner Rosenberg presented the results of previous surveying efforts. The board discussed how they
would like to proceed with several projects based on their priority, availability of volunteer time,
engagement efforts, and their overall goals.

STRATEGIC PLAN:1.2 Community Engagement: Broaden and deepen engagement of the
community in city government, innovating methods for inviting input from
the community and stakeholders.
BACKGROUND:This past year, HPAB coordinated a successful Preservation Month in May. As
we look towards Preservation Month in 2023, staff will provide a synopsis of
this past year's Preservation Month and the board will start discussing what
to do for the next year.
