Hi Zach,
So our water adequacy manual has a multi‐family unit demand of 0.124acre‐feet (AF) which results in a total of 20.09 AF
demand. What we find is the duty factors from the Design Standard and Specification Policy manual over estimates
annual demand, so unless you know of a reason that these units have a higher water demand I would use the
0.124AF/unit. At that rate the CILWR fee is $146,340 [(20.09AF + 4.30 AF)*$6000/AF].
Additionally, this would be a great project for the City’s high‐efficient rebate program, which we discussed with the Six
Range project if the owner will commit to installing high‐efficiency fixtures (toilets, washers, and shower heads).

We need to do a CIL estimate for the South University District Block 2 project that Intrinsik will be submitting for
Wentworth Property Company. In our preliminary water report, we estimate 35.05 ac‐ft for domestic use and 4.30 ac‐ft
for irrigation use for a combined total of 39.35 ac‐ft (at $6,000/ac‐ft would equal $236,076).
