Nature of Amendment Modifications to services of Sanderson Stewart Modifications to responsibilities of Client Modifications to payment to Sanderson Stewart Modifications to times(s) for rendering services 3. Description of Modifications With this amendment, the design team will expand its housing feasibility analysis to include one additional parcel of land adjacent to the Fowler Avenue corridor. Tracts 3 will be added to the analysis but will not be modelled in 3D. Tract 4 was the focus of the original Task Order. The attached exhibit identifies both tracts that will now be included in the feasibility study. 4. Fee Modifications Original contract fee: $ 24,710.00 Previous Amendments: $ 0.00 Contract fee prior to this Amendment: $ 24,710.00 Fee modification due to this Amendment: $ 15,270.00 Contract fee with all Amendments: $ 39,980.00 Client and Sanderson Stewart hereby agree to modify the above-referenced Agreement as set forth in this Amendment. All provisions of the Agreement not modified by this or previous Amendments remain in effect.
