I regularly drive on Kagy Blvd. between Highland and 19th. I have two comments: 1) The hill on Kagy between
Highland and Sourdough is frequently icy and slippery in the winter -- I think a stoplight would cause collisions on
that intersection. 2) Traffic on Kagy through campus is slow because of the pedestrian lights. Why not use the funds
to make overpasses so cars don't have to stop so often.
