Instead of widening Kagy boulevard, I would suggest implement additional traffic lights: at the intersection of
Fairway Drive and across the Road at Carol and at Church/Sourdough, and Highland boulevard. Blind spots, these
are tough places to make a turn onto Kagy where the traffic is often moving at higher speeds.
