Can you double check with Marcy Yekal about a CILWR credit from annexation?See email below from Matt Hausauer. It
looks like the owner paid $1414 for CILWR at annexation 2 years ago.

We also need to put together a 10-ft utility easement along Durston.

In order to finalize the determination the project will need to receive adequacy from Planning and the landscape
irrigation source and annual demand will need to be provided. Based on my quick scan it doesn't appear that the
existing house have been connected to City water. If this is the case and the home has been utilizing an onsite well the
City highly encourage the development to repurpose the well to supply the projects irrigation demand. I'll need to see
the water rights certificate for the well if the project goes this route. Let me know if you have any questions.
