A tract of land being Tracts A and B of Certificate of Survey No.
156B located in the N.W. h of Section 6, T.2S., R.6E., P.M.M., and be-
ing further described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is S64'28'21"19 a distance of 1671.46
feet from the 14. h corner of Section 6, T.2S., R.6E., P.M.M., said
point also being on the Southwesterly right-of-way line of the Bur-
lington Northern Railroad; thence from said true point of beginning
along said right-of-way line S38'55'00"E a distance of 1694.43 feet
to a point on the North right-of-way line of Interstate 90; thence a-
long said line along a curve to the left with a radius of 2964.93 feet
a distance of 668.29 feet, N74'48'50"W a distance of 176.07 feet and
N74'53'56"W a distance of 523.30 feet; thence N01'49'00"W a distance
of 391.93 feet; thence N72'06'15"E a distance of 358.07 feet and N14'
07'49"W a distance of 400.30 feet to the point of beginning. Said
tract being 13.0833 acres along with and subject to any existing ease-
ments.
OWNERS CERTIFICATION
We hereby certify that the purpose of this division of land is to
relocate common boundary lines between properties and no additional par-
cels are hereby created; therefore, this division of land is exempt from
review as a subdivision pursuant to Section 76-3-207 (1) (a), M.C.A.,
and is exempt from Department of Health and Evnironmental Sciences re-
view pursuant to A.R.M. 16.16.605 (2) (a) Disivions for the purpose of
acquiring additional land to become part of a parcel that does not have
sanitary restrictions imposed provided that no dwelling or structure re-
quiring water or sewag be erected on the additional parcel.
