This email is regarding the non-existent snow shoveling ordinance enforcement in myneighborhood. I have a bad back and as a result I work from home and part of my therapy is Iwalk the dogs two times a day. There are several houses in my neighborhood that seldomshovel, and some that never shovel their walk. I called the code enforcement gentleman twicelast year and once this year about my one neighbor on Powder River, but they never shoveledtheir walk either year. The code enforcement guy said that he didn’t have someone to comeshovel it last year, but he was getting someone and would speak to them and that neverhappened. They are all college students as well, so they are the most capable of shoveling. Iwould never ask him to write a ticket to someone who is physically able. It hurts my back towalk through deep snow. Please take the money I pay in taxes and use them to enforce thelaw.
