H. Public Comment This is the time to comment on any matter falling within the scope of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be time in conjunction with each agenda item for public comment relating to that item but you may only speak once. Please note, the City Commission cannot take action on any item which does not appear on the agenda. All persons addressing the City Commission shall speak in a civil and courteous manner and members of the audience shall be respectful of others. Please state your name and address in an audible tone of voice for the record and limit your comments to three minutes. Written comments can be located in the Public Comment Repository. I. Action Items J.1 Continuation of The Cloverleaf Zone Map Amendment Requesting Amendment of the City Zoning Map for a City Block Bounded by East Cottonwood Street, Ida Avenue, East Peach Street, and Plum Avenue Consisting of Approximately 3.1995 Acres and the Accompanying Adjacent Rights-of-way from NEHMU (Northeast Historic Mixed Use) to B-2M (Community Business District Mixed) (Rogers) Consider the Motion: On November 1, 2022 the Commission considered the Cloverleaf Zone Map Amendment. Commissioner Coburn was absent from the meeting with an excused absence. After considering the staff report, applicant submittal, public comment, Zoning Commission recommendation, and all information presented the Commission voted (2:2) to approve the application. Pursuant to Commission rule's the Commission voted to close the public hearing and continue consideration of the matter until a date certain (November 22, 2022) to allow the absent Commissioner Coburn to hear the recorded deliberations, ask any questions of staff and the applicant, and vote on the application.
