As development continues in Bozeman, I am excited about the commercial developments that I am aware ofhappening near my residence.
I have previously made my comments in favor of the commercial development 22047 near Sundance Springs beingmindful that spillover parking would be a distraction to neighboring homes.
I feel lucky to be able to live in Bozeman and have lived here for many years. It is exciting to see changes that bringmore community to the south side.
I am pleased with the design of this proposed development, that the developers are taking advantage of great viewsand focusing the direction of business towards our beautiful mountain views. As a resident I would rather walk theopen space and see the thoughtful landscape design as opposed to the parking lot and industrial side of the building.
The new neighborhood that is growing on the west side of Sacajawea Middle School already has many parksproposed and a delightful trail through the center of the neighborhood with lots of benches and picnic tables forneighbors and friends to gather around as well as zoning for commercial lots.. Similarly I see this new developmentin Sundance Springs as being a center for folks to gather if indeed social businesses lease these spaces.
I am very much in favor of this development as long as plans are adjusted to consider the residential area andspillover parking.
Thank you kindly for your consideration.
