I am writing concerning the commercial development application for Sundance Springs
subdivision.I live near the proposed development in Sundance Springs subdivision. While I feel a brewery
and restaurant with an outdoor patio would be a good fit for the neighborhood, the size of theproposed building is what concerns me. The building should be sized down to fit the
covenants of the neighborhood (one building instead of the proposed two buildings). Thedesign of the building should also have a more residential look rather than the square
glass/brick/steel industrial look. The parking lot should be adequate for the capacity of therestaurant and brewery without spillover parking on adjacent streets. The building should be
sized down to fit the parking capacity of the lot. All set-back regulations should be followedwithout exceptions. Sundance Springs probably has more open space than any other
subdivision in Bozeman and this development should respect that and not take over the trailsystem and open feel of the neighborhood.
Thank you for considering my comments,
