H.1 00:05:27 Recommendations from Project 1 Survey (Rosenberg)
Planner Rosenberg presented Metcalf's recommendations for Project 1, which highlighted a series of
subdivisions. Future research might include a deeper dive on the history of subdivisions, along with
associated historic and cultural themes. Board members discussed packet materials and their goals for
future work. The Fred Wilson project was identified as a priority. Community engagement efforts for
future work were identified, including letters to property owners in areas of interest and the potential
for events or dedicated meetings for engagement.
