Good morning!
I am writing to support the commercial development of Sundance Springs Subdivision Phase 1B, Comm Lot 2. As a
twenty year resident of Sundance Springs I look forward to the plans to develop this lot into a small grocer and
brewpub. I love the idea of having groceries and dining options within walking distance and reducing the amount of
time I spend in the car. I think it will be a great improvement to our community!
