Hey Joey and Chris. I apologize for the confusion. One of the challenges here is there are two intersections of W Main St
and W Babcock near this site. We did not need the intersection of W Main with W Babccok/S 23rd Ave included in the
TIS. We did need the intersection of W Main with W Babcock analyzed which was included in the TIS. The comment
highlighted by Chris is an old comment and has been resolved. The latest TIS presented addresses everything that we
need. All remaining comments should be available through Project Docs.
Mikaela, please correct me if I am wrong on this.

include the Babcock/Main Street intersection. Would you like us to include it now or should we ignore the comment?

BMC 38.220.060 (A)(12) - Traffic Generation - The TIS does not include analysis of the intersection of West
Babcock and west Main Street. Please include this intersection in the TIS analysis scope and resubmit an
addendum/addition to the TIS which includes this information/analysis.
