Chris,
It was good to run into you at our offices yesterday. To follow up on our discussion and as you’ve already recognized
and are working on, Engineering will need projected car counts for this specific site along with peak hour/day values for
sewer and water we can plug into the model. We’ll want the supporting calculations for that data as well. Griffin also
reminded me that there was discussion previously regarding recycling a portion of the water (up to 80%). If this is the
case, we want to make sure the data you’re submitting shows both values for sewer demand – with recycled water and
without (if the system were to fail).
We look forward to completing the review after we get that updated information.

Subject: Time to Shine Car Wash - Water Usage
Anna:
Attached please find water usage for a one year period for two similar Time to Shine car washes. The ext’g car
washes used for this comparison were provided by the Owner as existing facilities similar to the proposed
Bozeman Time to Shine.
I have also included, in a separate PDF, the actual invoices from the city’s water billing to support the
information provided.
