I honestly laughed when I saw the "Put your Toys Away" flyer that arrived with our Special Assessment invoice this
week. So my question is; does this only apply to tax paying citizens? So if you live on the street in a camper, you can
stay as long as you want for free, but if you own property and pay taxes, you cannot park for longer than 72 hours?
