Application: 22218. Cloverleaf ZMA. Please do not approve a zoning change. Please request a process whereby
developers converse with neighbors before approvals are granted. NEMY was not able to obtain a recording of a
townhall rescheduled 3 times. How do we engage and build a community when engagement is declined? #2 ,
parking at Wild Crumb is now blocking driveways on Cottonwood and Peach. We need a parking plan. The city id'ed
this as over capacity before current Wildlands development....
