I am writing to express my agreement with Safer Bozeman that authority to set speed limits
and citation fines should be available to local cities on MDT roads, and that this should be alegislative priority. In this vein I would also suggest that the city lobby for authority to set
speed limits below 25 mph outside of school zones.
