Attention: Bozeman City CommissionBozeman Community Development BoardBozeman Community Development DirectorsBozeman Planning Department Hello appreciated public servants,I'm writing, as you might have guessed, to encourage you to oppose the current proposedproject #22047. My letter is brief as others have spelled out many of the problems with thisproposal. Your decision is actually quite clear cut. My understanding is that as volunteers andemployees of the city of Bozeman, you are required to enforce Planned Unit Developmentrequirements, and to enforce covenants on such sites. My suggestion would be to turn the plan back to the developer and ask if he/she/they had readthe requirements for the property. If not, welcome them to read them, rework their plan instrict compliance with said documents, and resubmit. If the developer had not done priorhomework, that is not the responsibility of all of you mentioned above to mitigate the expenseor problems that decision may pose. In fact your duty is to enforce the original requirementsand limitations agreed upon, to which the city was a party in creating. With gratitude for you service,Molly Siddoway King -- Molly Siddoway King339 Peace Pipe Drive Bozeman, MT 59715406-581-4582 mollysidking@gmail.com www.mollysidking.com
