Hi,
I'm not opposed to the Bird scooters, if a feasible plan that doesn't use tax dollars can be put in
place for keeping them where they belong. I'd like to see Bird take on responsibility (is it anindependent company?) for this. This is an expensive option, but perhaps there can be a sensor
put on the return rack and if riders don't return them to a designated rack they incur a fee. LosAngeles has the best method in my opinion – the scooter company pays people to pick up the
scooters and charge them at their house and return them to any return rack in the city. You seetons of trucks picking up the scooters 24 hours a day to charge them by the truckload and earn
some extra money. It does wonders for keeping the streets free of rogue scooters.
