Hi,
I just read about some of the challenges with homelessness here and I found that it looks likethere needs to be a balance between the public good and those who are struggling. "One way
to achieve that balance might be to approve a new policy outlining the specific locations andtimes of day a homeless person could sleep on public property." While this doesn't solve
homelessness, this would certainly provide order until there are enough beds at the shelter.Please let Jeff know when you have a moment. I know he has a ton on his plate.
