COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 3174
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONT ANA, REVISING THE METHOD UNDER WHICH THE UNIFORM TRAVEL
POLICY FOR ALL MUNICIPAL OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES IS ESTABLISHED
AND REVISED AND REPEALING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2731.
WHEREAS, Commission Resolution No. 2365, establishing a uniform travel policy for
all
municipal officers and employees, was adopted at a regular session of the City Commission held
on the 13th day of January 1982; and
WHEREAS, Commission Resolution No. 2731, revising the uniform travel policy to
reference State statutes rather than containing specific numbers, was adopted at a regular session
of the City Commission held on the 28th day of November 1988; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager is responsible, under State law, for the administration
of the
City departments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, that:
Section 1
The uniform travel policy for all municipal officers and employees and officers
will be
established by Administrative Order issued by the City Manager.
Section 2
Commission Resolution No. 2731 is hereby repealed.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at a
regular session thereof held on the 21 st day of April 1997.
