Thanks for putting the Bird Scooters on the agenda.
I live on S Black Avenue and would like you to know that the randomly left Bird Scooters have made my life very
difficult.
I walk with a walker due to a severe accident and am not able to pick up heavy objects to clear the way.
Finding the Bird Scooters blocking my passage has been impossible and infuriating to deal with.
I no longer can walk in my neighborhood safely as I can not hop around them or cross the street when they are left
on the sidewalks.
Sidewalks should be accessible for all walkers: handicapped, visually impaired, mothers with strollers, elderly etc.
I strongly encourage you to terminate the contract for Bird Scooters and end my (and my fellow walkers) daily
obstacle course.
