I am writing to express my dismay about seeing the Bird Scooters littering our sidewalks and private yards. This
business does not seem to respect our community or enhance its appeal.
I hope our community leadership imposes enforceable regulations and meaningful penalties for their business notallowing these scooters to litter our streets/walkways and to ensure these scooters are not blocking public sidewalksor damaging private property. If this cannot be accomplished, I request that leadership deny their permit to operatein our community.
