The proposed development on this commercial lot is at the very entrance to the SundanceSprings Subdivision and as such receives lots of traffic. The shoulders of the road in thissubdivision are not designed to allow parking on the street shoulders. Our streets do not havecurbs or gutters and were designed for 2 lane traffic only. Our street pavement is only 25 feetwide. My concern with the development is there are not enough parking spaces on the plan for thesize of the buildings. As such, any overflow parking will end up on the street and at theentrance to Sundance Springs Subdivision. The limited shoulder space parking will causecongestion and be a traffic hazard.
