I would like to see the scooter issue tacked. These devices are nuisance to pedestrians and drivers. Furthermore, the
way they are “maintained “ by the company is negligent in that they are a total violation of ADA access on public
streets with how they are frequently littered across our sidewalks, driveways, and private lawns. Riders regularly can
be seen whizzing down sidewalks nearly knocking pedestrians down and flagrantly riding in streets disobeying all
traffic laws and good sense.
