There has been a scooter in the front of our home since the weekend of Labor Day. Finally found an email address
and sent a request for it to be removed on October 12. Received two computer generated responses saying their
team would contact us and remove the scooter. OR I could fill out a Retrieval form (tried that, didn't work) Or
download their app and follow their instructions for retrieval. No thank you! I do not feel like I should have to
download their app or do anything to have this scooter removed from my property (actually City property being in
parking area now) - it did start out half way in our driveway. I am not their employee and do not use their
services. I would just love for it to be picked up on garbage day!
