Dear City Commissioners, Members of the Community Development Board, Community Development Directors,
and Planning Department Staff,
As a residence of Sundance Springs Subdivision I am strongly opposed to Site Plan 22047 currently under review.
According to your Project Development guidelines a proposal should promote compatible urban growth (criterionG, I believe). This proposal fails to meet this requirement and should be rejected.
It intrudes as dominant and overbearing in a neighborhood of single family residences and an agricultural field. Thisproposed development belongs in the central city among like structures.
Sundance Springs in its mandate with the Bozeman City Commission to support our covenants stands ready to workon any project in a cooperative manner.
