The proposed project would demolish the existing single family house structure, garage, porch, and driveway. Site accessories like fences will need to be demolished to make room for the new project as well. 2. Exhibit sheet AS-100 for the proposed demo plan, which includes the footprint of the existing structure, garage, porch and driveway to be demolished. 3. Exhibit sheet AS-100 includes photos of the existing structure to be demolished. 4. Exhibit sheet AS-100 shows the site plan for the lot, and includes property dimensions, the location of the existing structure, setbacks required by current code, curb cut and driveway off of 3rd Ave, and existing utilities. 5. Exhibit sheet AS-100 shows all elements proposed to be removed. 6. N/A – Not a nonconforming structure 7. N/A – Not on the Register of Historic Places
