HomeMy WebLinkAboutNarrativeCurrently the west half of the house has a full basement, while the east half of the house consist of crawl space. The proposed addition will eliminate the crawl space by adding a full
basement under that half of the house. The footprint will also extend out Southeast adding a small dining room on the main level.
Most of the siding on the house will remain the same which is vertical barn wood. The south & west elevations of the new addition on the main floor are proposed as an off white stucco.
Below the existing vertical wood siding and the new stucco we proposed to side the foundation with a faux rock siding.
The current gabled roof over mudroom and stairs will be removed and replaced by a proposed shed room over the new dining room, modified mud room, & stairs. The pitch is proposed to be
2/12.
