December 27, 2021 RE: Concurrent Construction for the proposed Icon NWX Apartment Homes MSP #21433. Mr. Jacobsen,
Per documents uploaded within Project Dox dated November 22, 2021.
I approve concurrent construction for the Icon NWX Apartment Homes project.
The proposed fire hydrant layout and water supply requirements meet city standards.
The following requirements must be met for this approval to be binding.
1. 365/24/7 access to working hydrants and acceptable, approved water source
2. Staging plan for location of construction materials, temporary work trailer, and any
additional combustible materials
3. Ingress and egress routes for emergency services
4. All weather site access
