Mike,
Since I couldn't find any way to provide input at this time when I looked at the
Engage Bozeman webpage dealing with Downtown Parking I am writing youdirectly.
It seems to me that implementing paid parking downtown really doesn't
accomplish anything except installing a bureaucratic process to controldowntown parking that won't effect any substantial change. As the downtown
parking system is now, parking spaces are generally full but turn over at anacceptable rate. If paid parking is implemented, parking spaces will remain
generally full but may turn over at a marginally quicker rate. It doesn't seemthat there is much to gain by implementing paid parking.
Thanks for your time.
