Hello,
If the Bird scooter contract is renewed or another company takes over. There MUST be a parking requirement!
I rented a bicycle in Chicago and my credit card was charged until I parked it in one of their bike racks. Why can
this not be required with the scooters.
Where they are left is dangerous to pedestrians, bicyclists and motorists. Someone is going to get injured.
Maybe if there is a parking requirement, the scooter renters will be more respectful of how they ride, maybe. They
relate some accountability to their actions.
May I please get a copy of the contract that Bird has with the city?
