Greetings,
Please do not continue with the scooters in town. I often see young riders “hot rodding” with
them around town (without helmets), as well as riding on sidewalks and dirt trails. Also,abandoned scooters now litter our neighborhoods, yards, and parks.
Instead of investing in such misguided “feel good” efforts at reducing vehicle transportation,
how about making this town safer for bicyclists and pedestrians by having the BPD monitorand ticket aggressive and distracted drivers? I see plenty of that.
Also, I presume there a contract between the Bird scooter company and the City. How can I
get a copy of this?
