Dear City Commissioners, Members of the Community Development Board, Community
Development Directors, and Planning Department Staff:
Attached is my response in opposition to the proposed Sundance Springs commercialdevelopment. As I state in my letter, I am not opposed to development of Lot #2, but as a
Sundance Springs resident I strenuously object to the development being proposed because itviolates applicable city and Sundance Springs rules and covenants. Permitting this
development to go forward as currently proposed would also set a terrible precedent enablingdevelopers to ignore existing regulations.
