Looking back at the concept application I saw the number of units identified as 24 so I ran with that count for the determination. There appears to be a substantial CILWR credit associated with the property so as presented no CILWR fee is required. The irrigation demand still needs to be included and I’m verifying the existing credit but we can finalize the determination after the project has received adequacy from Planning.
