I think this situation is okay with the longer services. I don’t know if you will have to increase the size, but you should
check and confirm that with the fixture count worksheet for the building. Please show the curb box location. It will
likely have to be in the standard location of 8’ inside of property but I’m open to alternatives. Curb boxes inside asphalt
need to have a valve box top placed over the top of them.

Hi Mikaela and Nick,
In Mikaela’s site plan review she had noted that the service length cannot be greater than 150’ unless otherwise
approved by the City. Would the City be open to approving the length of the water and sewer service to the western
building? The length is approximately 200’ but would prevent the need for water and sewer mains just to service the
western building. There is adequate slope for the sewer service as the sewer main is ~10’ deep in the location.
Additionally, any loses in water pressure for the water service could be accounted for by upsizing of the service.
Attached is an updated utility plan for the site - Let me know your thoughts on this. Thanks!
