That's probably best! I haven't been asked to calculate it yet. I need to know:
Total acreage of lots
How many SF lots
How many MF units (ie if a lot is specific for a duplex = 2)
If you don't know how many units on the M-F zoned lots, then I need to know the acreage of
the M-F zoned lots. Developer's Name and Address Send the info email and I'll figure it
out, let you know the fee by email and mail you the calculation.
