Ryan,
Based on the proposed developments peak hour generated trips as well as daily trips, a formal TIS is not required with
the site plan application.
Please provide this email as a formal TIS waiver with the application.

Hi Lance,
Bases on the ITE manual (9th edition) and using “Residential Condo/Townhouse 230” with 8 units, it comes out to 46 trips
per day. Hope this helps and let us know if you need additional info!
Thanks!

Ryan,
Can you provide the peak trips per hour for the development based off of the ITE manual?
Thanks,
Lance

Hi Lance,
Hope all is well. We are working on a Site Plan project in the Cattail Creek Subdivision, which consists of two 4-plexes
totaling 8 residential units (civil cover sheet attached). Based on the number of proposed units, it doesn’t appear that a
TIS is required since it will be less than 150 trips per day. Would you be able to confirm this? Let us know if you need
any additional info.
Thanks for taking the time to review this!
Much Appreciated,
Ryan Hudock, P.E.
