RE: HAYDEN VALLEY UNITS PROJECT NARRATIVE
Scenic Design Studio has designed two 2-story fourplex units with garages. The structures
are 28’-7” tall and each building footprint 4416 square feet. The project is zoned R-3 and
located near Davis Lane and Savannah Street. This project is providing the much-needed
housing in the Bozeman area and ready for occupancy five to six months after construction
starts. The entrance to the project is located between two properties through a shared use
agreement and connected to the neighbor’s parking as well. This complex will require
twenty-four parking spaces. Twenty-one spaces will be provided off street and three spaces
will be on street parking.
The lot is surrounded by developed lots, therefore finishing this lot to match the typical
buildings and use in the area will beautify the surrounding location. Please see the provided
